Contract extensions in Fehervar and Ljubljana

SAPA Fehervar AV19 have extended the contracts with Viktor Tokaji, Marton Vas, Balazs Ladanyi and Andras Benk for another two seasons. Plus: Goalgetter Tomi Mustonen stays one more year with Ljubljana.

In the recent days SAPA Fehervar AV19 have extended the contracts of several of the team's key players: Captain Viktor Tokaji, Marton Vas, leading pointmaker Balazs Ladanyi and most recently young winger Andras Benk stay another two years with the club.

Top scorer remains in Szekesfehervar
Balazs Ladanyi stays for another two seasons with SAPA Fehervar AV19. The 35-year-old forward was in 2010/11 the clubs best scorer: In 54 games in Erste Bank Eishockey Liga Ladanyi scored 60 points, including 22 goals. In addition he won the national championship with the Devils.

Also Captain Viktor Tokaji extended his contract with SAPA Fehervar AV19 for another two years. The Hungarian became an integral part of the Devils-defense in the last four seasons. Last season he played 53 league-games for the Hungarian Champion, scoring 23 points.

With Marton Vas another very important player stays two more years with SAPA Fehervar AV19. The 31-year-old Center was in 2010/11 with 25 goals - together with Krisztian Palkovics – Szekesfehervars best goalgetter.

The fourth player, who has extended his contract with SAPA Fehervar AV19, is Andras Benk. The 23-year-old forward played 2010/11 49 league-games for the Devils, scoring five points.

Goalgetter Tomi Mustonen stays with Olimpija
Also HDD TILIA Olimpija Ljubljana announced an important contract extension. The Dragons were able to extend the contract with their best goalgetter Tomi Mustonen (FIN) for one more season. The 28-year-old winger played last season 56 league-games last for the team from Slovenia, scoring 24 goals. Previously the Finn played very successfully in Finland and Sweden.
