Bears now hosting Bulls

KHL Medvescak Zagreb host EC Red Bull Salzburg on Thursday at 18:45, live on HRT 2, looking to tie their series after losing 0:2 in Salzburg in Tuesday. Conrad Martin and Matt Trattnig are out suspended. In the Other Best-of-Seven Semi-Final-Series, EV Vienna Capitals travel to Linz to take on local EHC LIWEST Black Wings.

There were some hanging heads after losing Game One of the Best-Of-Seven-Semi-Final-Series in the Zagreb Team coach, but the Team was sure to pick themselves up and want to use the chance for revenge in front of their enthusiastic home crowd. Vienna confident, Linz angry
EHC LIWEST Black Wings Coach Kim Collins was unhappy with his team’s performance in Game One. After the 4:0-defeat in Vienna, he said: „We weren’t ready 100%. We were lucky they didn’t score more goals in the first two periods. The team didn’t do enough in the Offence and didn’t take enough shots. That way, you can’t win a game. The game is behind us, though and we’ll start all over in front of our home crowd. I want to see my best player performing at their best.“ Linz is complete as is their opposition.
Vienna Capitals Headcoach Kevin Gaudet was in an easy position to smirk: „We’ll need to do the same stuff we did in Game One on the road now. Play a consequent Forecheck, avoid Penalties and take shots. Many Shots. On Tuesday, we were close to flawless, bt the winn looked easier than it was. I still think it’s going to be a long series, which will be deiced by small things in each game.”
